Explore our latest dataset – River and Infrastructure Connectivity Network (RICON) for Colorado River Basin here: https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.11849157.v5

Our recent paper on developing the hydrological connectivity of infrastructures(dams, power plants, dykes, water transfer locations, etc. ) across river networks for large river basins. We use this tool for mapping USGS streamgages and reservoirs (from the National Inventory of Dams) along the rivers and flowlines in the upper and lower Colorado River Basin. The river flowlines’ data are from the national hydrographic dataset (NHDPlusV2). The RICON toolkit is fully scalable, open-source, and useful for any watershed.
